| November 20, 2008 | | Response to Overture’s Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) Compliance webinar drives encore presentation for Tuesday, December 9th at 2:00pm EST | In the wake of the passage of the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) in August, complying with the regulations of the act has been on a lot of people's minds. Schools are working diligently to understand the Act and ensure that their processes are in compliance with its terms. As we've spoken with Financial Aid Officers in the past few months, we have repeatedly seen a need for a tool that can aid schools in their compliance efforts.
In response to these concerns, David Kirby, Overture's General Manager of Education Finance, hosted a webinar on Tuesday about the new requirements of HEOA and how Conductor can help schools comply with the Act.
