| April 30, 2007 | | The School of Law at the University of Pennsylvania has officially implemented Overture’s Payment Planner. | The main goal of implementing Payment Planner is to increase student enrollment and retention,
increase the size of the incoming class and improve academic profile while maintaining the same
level of funding. Using Payment Planner, the school will demystify the financial aid process for its
prospective students and illustrate how a Penn education is possible for admitted students of all
income ranges. Because of Overture's Payment Planner, Penn Law is able to provide the
students with advanced financial aid planning tools.
